Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 24–72 hours for a speedy delivery experience. Depending on your location, your package will be shipped and arrive at your doorstep within 6–15 days.

Rest assured, if you need to make a return, our dedicated support team is here to assist you promptly and ensure a hassle-free experience, prioritising your satisfaction.

For large orders, please know that we may have to ship in 2 separate packages in order to make sure your order arrives safely and undamaged. The costs of any other package needed are covered on our end and the customer will not need to pay any extra expenses for this.

Please note. Due to high order volumes and uncertainties in shipping providers as of 10/12/2024 we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas, although we are doing our best to get through orders every day and fulfil as fast as possible! Thank you for your understanding.
