REFUND POLICY
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@shop-nivor.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelling orders
We take pride in our fast dispatch – most orders are shipped within a few hours of being placed. Because of this, cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched.
A flat cancellation fee of USD $10 applies to all canceled orders to cover the costs of delivery preparation, packaging and postage labels.
To request a cancellation, email us with your order number and a short message stating you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm whether cancellation is still possible. If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be released to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
